Cake Flavours Cakes are covered in sugarpaste unless specified and can be made in the following delicious flavours: Rich Fruit, Light Fruit, Madeira Sponge, Chocolate, Coffee, Chocolate Orange, Organic Fairtrade Fruit, Lemon. Sponge cakes are filled with jam and buttercream, chocolate and coffee with chocolate / walnut buttercream, lemon with buttercream and lemon curd, fruit cakes are covered in marzipan. We can follow a family recipe if you wish.

Cake Dimensions Cakes are available square or round in shape, ranging from 8" (small), 10" (medium) to 12" (large) in size when decorated. Typically 8" will serve around 12-20 people, 10" can generously serve around 25-30 and 12" serves over 40.

Dietary/Food Standards All our cake colouring complies with EU regulations and we are fully complient with food hygiene standards. We cannot guarantee 'nut free' products because there may be traces of nuts on the premises. All cakes are suitable for vegetarians - vegan requirements can be accommodated on request.

Pricing Wedding cake prices indicated are for sponge and fruit fillings, however a price for a mixture of flavours for multi-tier cakes is available on request. All pricing is for guide only.
