"I am a third generation cake decorator, taught how to bake and decorate cakes from a young age.

After leaving University in 2002 I trained as a Development Technologist in novelty and licensed cakes. I designed the cakes that you see on supermarket shelves.

Working with mass produced manufactured cakes gave me the appetitie to start my own business, selling beautiful handmade cakes customised to individual specification.

Making wedding cakes is a truly satisfying experience because no cake is ever the same. The pleasure of seeing customers’ faces when they pick up the cake is why I’m in the business."
